The package service may be provided as a bundle including Internet and Television, but may also be provided as a conditional bundling of two or more separate services with individual service contracts.
The TV service discount, when it is included in a bundle, applies under the following conditions:
- one and the same tittle holder of the contracts for all three services in the bundle
- one and the same address (household) specified in the contracts for provision of all bundled services
- one and the same date of the contracts for provision of all bundled services.
- obligatory payment of the monthly subscription fee for all three services. When the customer uses and pays only the TV service, the bundle discount is not applicable and the standard service fee is applied.

Additional TV channels at extra fee - Diema extra and Premium.
Connectivity
Main network connectivity - fiberoptic.
Transmission medium to the client - fibre to the home (FTTH), fibre to the building (FTTB), (copper) LAN, coaxial and hybrid.
IP addresses
The service is provided via one real static IP address.
Additional IP address is provided at an extra fee of 10 BGN/month
Devices for purchase and for hire
The devices, offered by Telnet, may be purchased or hired for the contract period (only for fixed-term contracts).

Prepayment bonus 6=7 and 12=14
If an unlimited-term contract customer pays 6 monthly subscription fees in advance, he/she is granted a bonus of 1 free month. And respectively - if 12 monthly subscription fees are paid in advance - 2 free months are granted.
Speeds
The technical parameters and characteristics in the table refer only to services provided within the cable network of Telnet, based on the LAN, FTTB, FTTH technology.
The indicated speeds are the maximum achievable (non-guaranteed) speeds.
Installation Fee
- standard installations - LAN and FTTB (fibre to the building) and FTTH (fibre to the home), in case of existing fibre-optic line to the building (FTTB) - NO INSTALLATION FEE
- express installations within 48 hours - LAN and FTTB (fibre to the building) - 25 BGN, incl. VAT
- FTTH (fibre to the home), in case there is no fibre-optic line to the building (FTTB) - the fee is determined after on-site inspection
- if special technical solution is required for installation of the service or the site is outside the scope of the Telnet network, the installation fee will be calculated depending on the connectivity required to provide the service.
The standard installation of the service includes:
for the Internet service - basic connection to the Provider's network and setup of one client's terminal device; does not include the construction of an internal cable network
for the Cable TV - basic connection to the Provider's network and setup of the number of client devices allowed as per the quotation, by building an internal cable network with a total length of up to 25 meters.
Activation of the IPTV service
The service is activated after signing a contract and paying the first monthly subscription fee.
The receiver (IP Box) is connected to the client's router by cable according to the provided User Guide.
If necessary, the client may request a free installation visit by the technical team of Telnet Ltd., which is appointed within 3 days after activation. The installation includes building a connection between the client's router and 2 IP Boxes with total cable length up to 15 m.
Each additional installation, setup of additional equipment, wiring, laying cable ducts and others, are paid according to the Additional Services Tariff.
Temporary suspension of service
Only for unlimited-term contract customers, upon filing an application for temporary suspension before the start of the next month for which subscription fee is due.
Reactivation of temporarily suspended service
Free of charge, within 3 working days after filing an application for service reactivation and payment of the current monthly fee.
Reactivation of a service suspended by the Provider due to unpaid monthly fees
Free of charge, within 3 working days after payment of all outstanding fees and the current monthly fee.
